The Team

The Role

• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions around Endur and ensure successful delivery.
• Work closely with the clients to understand their problem statements, business requirements and propose solutions
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct Workshops/Elicitation sessions independently with focus on Endur as ETRM solution.
• Transform complex business problems into user stories
• Formulate system scope and objectives, and validate the developed requirements, testing, training and implementation of applications.
• Help in new business development for both consulting and the larger digital business by collaborating with global teams & other practices
• Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects

• Assist in the creation of client proposal for consulting and/or transformation engagements

About you:

We are looking for a candidate with good consulting experience and skills in:

• Proven record in strategy or Endur product roles with experience on Endur desktops – Trading, Accounting, Settlement and G/C Motion.

• 6-8 years’ experience of Endur implementation and version upgrades
• Able to produce top-class work across the various aspects of small and medium strategy, innovation and technology delivery engagements
• Keen to develop consulting IP and Market Offerings
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics & AI highly desirable
• Agile practitioner and certified

• Strong knowledge across Trading value chain: Front office (deal capture, risk), Mid office (scheduling and nominations) and Back Office (settlements and accounting) is a must.
• Deep industry knowledge of Energy & Commodities with exposure to and experience in Trading & Risk Management using Openlink Endur. Experience on other tools like Allegro, Rightangle, EKA, etc. is good to have.
• Should have deep experience in latest Endur version 10 and good understanding of Endur’s DB/Schema, Simulations Results and must have in depth exposure to one of the modules – Connex/Report Builder/APM/ Settlements &Accounting/Deal Modelling/cMotion
• Should have good experience in writing basic sqls, understanding of the Endur data model
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps tools (such as VSTS and GIT)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills over distributed geographies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics/visualization tools
