OpenText Architect

• Design solutions using OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to create a comprehensive document management ecosystem.
• Design content migration strategies to populate Archive Center and Content Server with legacy data within the xECM framework.
• Ensure seamless integration of Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365 for end-to-end document lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Records management and Physical records management.
• Develop custom solutions and workflows within Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to address complex business requirements.
• Develop web reports , Live reports and have coding experience in OS scripts.
• Must have experience of Smart UI configuration.
• Design and implement scalable integration architectures to facilitate data exchange between Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead the planning and execution of upgrades and deployments of Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM components, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide expertise and guidance on implementing and configuring Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to optimize performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-proof solutions that meet business needs.
