With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. Responsibilities: As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture:Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
