Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Operation Manager located Tennessee Memphis

Reporting to the Director of Operations the Operation Manager role involves

What a typical day looks like:

Plans and objectives for site. Impacts the medium-term direction and operational success. Executes and provides input to functional plans and objectives for the site. Creates and approve functional processes or technologies. Will lead major initiatives and provides input to those initiatives. Impacting the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function on site. Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Advanced people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Able to manage more than 500 personals
  • Able to manage multiple shifts across the facility
  • Experience with have P&L responsibility for the function. Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
  • Experience in repair technical functions
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Write reports, business Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Expertise in multiple areas and industry.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
  • Knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Advanced spread sheets, and presentation package experience
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or styles.
  • Advanced experience in making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.


  • Bachelor degree - Technical
  • Master's or MBA degree is preferred
  • 8 years of operations experience.
