The Role
As we continue to grow as one QuidelOrtho, we are seeking an Operations System Support Analyst. The Operations System Support Analyst is responsible for a variety of system support activities including the ongoing maintenance, governance and change control for all ERP support systems/interfaces. Power user for ERP support systems, Primary contact for ERRO Handling in support systems, perform System Access/ Training for new users, ownership of updates/supplements to Material Master data, and creation of material master data. Recommends/owns improvements to systems management policies and standards.
The Operations Systems support Analyst is also the lead technical resource to the end user community and other groups in the area of master data and is the single point of contact for Support Systems side of Crossroads and interface systems, and coordinates with Master Data Analyst and interface system IT support UEnd Users to create/revise master data.
This position is in Rochester, NY.
The Responsibilities
- Provide support to Manufacturing/Material Management for SAP/SPODER issues.
- Coordinates cycle counts for manufacturing and warehouse.
- Assist finance with cycle count audits.
- Reports MUV discrepancies to Finance and Management.
- Operations report, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), ad hoc reports, and business metrics.
- SAP/SPIDER new user training and access.
- Reviews requests for system update; such as BOMs, Recipes, Material Master, Finance, Quality.
- Other work related activities/duties as assigned.
The Individual
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of systems experience in a cGMP-controlled environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- SAP experience

The Work Environment
The work environment characteristics are representative of a manufacturing and laboratory, environment and include handling of viral and bacterial hazards, potentially hazardous chemicals, as well as infectious or potentially infectious bodily fluids, tissues, and samples. Up to 50% of time in meetings, working with team; 50% of the time at the desk on computer, walking, standing, or sitting extended periods of time, doing analytical work are routine to accomplish tasks in this role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Position requires use of Personal Protective Equipment as posted. Flexible work hours to meet project deadlines.
Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $53,000 to $118,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
