Operational Analytics Manager

Key Role Responsibilities

• Partner with the Operations, Marketing and Product teams to ensure proper tracking of new features, marketing campaigns, and tests. 
• Deliver breakthrough insights around the customer funnel in the first 90 days.
• Track and identify all changes and trends in behavioral data related to the customer funnel and work with internal stakeholders to isolate activity sets or other user experience changes that contribute to shifting mixes.
• Own the delivery of data analytics solutions, drive the strategy, tools and workflows for analysis, data management and insights generation.
• Generate recommendations across business units by analyzing data and translating that information into actionable insights.
• Package and present recommendations to the senior leadership team through a combination of qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Provide regular, automated reporting assets that enable effective storytelling and power decision making across the organization.
• Foster a data-driven workplace where data is easily accessible, and self-service analytics is taught and adopted across the organization.
• Think creatively to find optimal solutions to our complex, often unstructured problems.

About You

• 8+ years of analytics experience 
• Expert analytical, data visualization, and storytelling skills
• Proven track record of using data to make strategic business recommendations
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams, and present insights and recommendations to executives
• Experience building, leading and developing analytical teams.
• A self-starter and owner mentality - you are comfortable operating with no playbook, and find ways to ‘get it done’
• Ability to create and implement new processes from scratch 
• A proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive projects to completion
• Eager to train colleagues in, and drive adoption of, self-service analytics 
• Experience with SQL and ETL best practices required
• Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, and Amplitude (or similar event-based analytics platform) required 
• Experience with churn analysis and propensity modelling are a plus 
• Experience with statistical modeling, Python, R or equivalent language, Postgres, Snowflake, and Segment a plus
• Experience in real estate is a plus

Location

• Remote - US based 

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 based on experience
• 10% bonus based on company performance.
