Operational Deployment Lead

Summary:

As subject matter experts, the Operational Deployment leads will help set up project teams for success by

Supporting ADSC proof points by working with project teams to achieve study targets.

Ensuring scope preservation for CORE-powered solutions post award.

Answering questions on how the CORE-powered solutions are implemented.

Helping with training on the CORE-powered solutions.

Providing support for discussions/rationale/proof points required post-award with sponsors.

Support new deployment of ADSC solutions to drive adoption/awareness across business stakeholder

Key Responsibilities:

• TA enabled resource;
• Ensuring the data science enabled strategy is preserved between pre to post award, supporting the study teams with any discussions/ rationale/proof points required to enable them to convince sponsors post award;
• Being available as a resource to the study teams to:
• Assess when the solutions are not working and thinking for creative ways to course correct studies (e.g. rare disease, cohort studies) that are part of the robust solutions where the current solutions don't address all requirements;
• Answer questions on how these are implemented, helping them setup for success;
• Help with training on the data science enabled solutions to bring study teams up to speed;
• Suggest different data science enabled approaches to teams (TSL/PL/CL) if the current approach is not working;
• Drive change.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• No supervisory responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree and relevant certifications.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry in clinical trial.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Successfully managed delivery of clinical trails from start up to Database lock
• Understand how to navigate the key stakeholder groups within the IQVIA organization
