Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operational Engineering Lead to join our team in the Belcamp, Maryland area

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manages contractor efforts to provide design, integration, and analysis of military intelligence systems.
• Supports collaboration and coordinating activities with DoD organizations, national level agencies, Army Programs of Record, and PMOs focused on intelligence and Battlefield Command systems.
• Define and implement strategic and tactical direction for highly complex projects, assess objectives, perform requirements analysis, develop requirements management strategies to address customer needs and determine the impact on the system.
• Implement technical best practices to manage teams and the execution of highly complex projects.
• Identify complex problems and provide recommendations for resolution of problems.
• Lead contractor efforts to develop technical documentation to include whitepapers, technical drawings, and comparative briefings.
• Provide leadership for military intelligence efforts at the strategic and tactical levels for intelligence operations, planning, and mission management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience
• 5 years of experience in the design, integration, and analysis of military intelligence systems.
• 5 years of experience fielding DoD military intelligence systems, integrating new intelligence systems, system of systems, multi-INT capabilities, and fusion of data for multi-INT capabilities.
• 5 years of experience managing teams performing system engineering and systems component/material selection.
• Possess an active certification in one of the following:
  • PMI Project Management Professional or
  • PMI PgMP® Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of military intelligence system sustainment experience with fixed site locations.
• 5 years of experience with Joint, Interagency, and Multinational intelligence and military operations collaboration.
• 5 years of operational experience with intelligence systems and ISR sensor assets.
• Experience with Army SIGINT product chain and knowledge of SIGINT support to operations.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

DDISAP

The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800-$204,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
