Distribution Operations Administrator

Monday-Friday 08:00 – 16:00 37.5 Hours Per week

Salary £24,705

The Administration team are an essential part of our operation, and our Operations Administrators play a crucial part within this team. You’ve got to be proactive, a team player and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.

It's an essential role for assisting the smooth running of the depot - but our Operations Administrators make it look easy!

The role includes:

· Processing and controlling invoices including vehicle maintenance

· Raising PO’s including vehicles maintenance

· Monitoring depot Staff Shop & Charity accounts

· Monitoring depot Courier Invoicing

· Liaising and working with the wider team & other departments

You will have:

· Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner

· Great literacy and numeracy skills

· IT skills and knowledge of SAP (essential)

· Time management and administration know-how

· The ability to work as part of a small team as well as under your own initiative

· The ability to be flexible
