Operations Administrator
Job Description
The Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties for a solar energy generation site.
Main Accountabilities:
- Provide periodic reporting of energy deliveries, plant performance, and downtime
- Process invoices, service agreements, and other documents
- Process facility expenses
- Interface with site contractors
- Perform regulatory filings with public agencies
- Assist with complying with safety, federal, and site-specific regulations, and agreements
- Manage electronic and paper copies of agreements, permits, handbooks, procedures, and project-related documentation
- Participate in the facility's annual budgeting process
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
- Interface with and support on-site staff as needed
- Interface with Engineering, Accounting, Legal, and Development staff, and other individuals, both internal and external
- Liaise with landowners and contacts for community projects and report/coordinate with the operations manager.

Travel: Up to 10%
Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years in a technical industry
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP, and Concur
- Experience with inventory management
- Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products. (Preferred)
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise. (Preferred)

- Proven ability to learn new software programs
- Experience with LAN and computer hardware troubleshooting and repair preferred
Physical demands & working conditions:
- Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
- Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or scheduled form
- Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
- Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
