Description
Color Brands is an international food & beverage distribution company looking to grow our team by adding an Operations Analyst.
The Operations Analyst is an opportunity for a self-starting, high achiever to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial organization. Primary responsibilities will include the setup and organization of suppliers and products in our custom ERP system and catalogue portal website.
This is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL
Principal Responsibilities

• Organize and record product specification data into internal company formats
• Interface with International Sales Team to manage and fulfill information requests
• Classify goods under global Harmonized Tariff system
• Prepare data for upload into database systems
• Work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity
• Analyze products for compliance with international regulation
• Support Sourcing and International Sales Team by categorizing data sets
• Analyze products for compliance with international regulation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Data Entry Experience
• Problem-solving ability and self-drive
• Salesforce and MS Access experience a plus
