Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Operations Analyst for its Remote Raleigh 901, NC Location

Your Responsibility:

• Perform, coordinate and monitor a variety of administrative support functions. Recommend measures to achieve operating efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Perform or coordinate the more routine administrative support operations involving such functions as office services and payroll support. Monitor operations to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
• Recommend changes such as eliminating or modifying operations to improve the group's effectiveness. Evaluate equipment and make recommendations regarding procurement. Resolve relatively routine problems, and recommend and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate operations with other groups in order to meet schedules and provide timely information for resolving problems. Maintain effective internal and external communications.
• Maintain awareness of new developments and suggest related measures and other approaches to achieve cost savings and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive the implementation of Power BI reports and establish Power BI as a common dashboard across NAM Quality and Operations, training users on effective use.
• Streamline and optimize monthly reporting process and tools through optimization of existing Excel-based data.
• Assist in simplifying Relex Cost-out Enabler reporting and analysis.
• Improve current documentation management system using Microsoft Teams
• Key member of the Digital and Automation strategy deployment team for NAM, helping to prioritize automation and digital factory improvements.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments. The position also requires advanced software skills PowerBi, Excel (vlookup, macro etc), Preferred, not required SAP
