As an Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency via technology within our manufacturing business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new ERP-driven processes around inventory, supply chain, and production. Your expertise in operations, data, and change management will help unlock efficiency wins on a daily basis.

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll…

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement streamlined processes to better integrate technology into physical processes.
• Analyze existing data collection processes identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for digitization and system improvement.
• Collaborate to build process maps, gap analyses, and root cause analyses to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating process improvement initiatives and providing guidance to stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and implement changes.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on new processes, system enhancements, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Rootstock ERP-related matters, providing support, training, and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to configure and customize Rootstock ERP modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Rootstock ERP, performing regular data validation, system maintenance, and data reconciliation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Rootstock ERP to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance.

What we’re looking for...

• BS Degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a related field. 
• Experience with Rootstock ERP or a similar ERP system
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred, not required)
• Strong business process analysis and optimization skills, with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and ERP reporting modules.
• Familiarity with food-grade manufacturing and regulatory compliance is a plus.
