Operations Analyst
Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to assist Underwriting Operations in the day to day activities of supporting the Underwriting units and the implementation of our Duck Creek platform. The role will provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
Accountabilities:
- Process tasks accurately to maintain departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
- Perform data entry coding into policy administration applications.
- Assist in maintaining system and process documentation
- Support other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require.
- Correspond with Underwriting and functional teams to obtain documentation and identify support needs.
- Maintain a customer service mentality.
Experience:
- Experience working in the insurance industry preferred
- Ability to use all Microsoft Office software.
- Strong communications skills both written and oral.
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels.
- Basic computer skills, ability to use standard office equipment required.
