Location: Burlington, Mass

Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Canada Dry, Mott's, and Schweppes. Our mission is to help grow KDP's iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Key owner of finance relationship
• Manage agency operating and staffing budget
• Collaborate with finance and Brand Engagement teams to analyze, report, and forecast revenue and pass-through costs .
• Build and reconcile scopes for internal partner brands
• Prepare reporting, such as monthly brand burn summaries, fee analysis, non-billable expense analysis and others as needed
• Meet with account/project management team to discuss actual for the current period and update the forecast for future months
• Partner with Finance to establish processes for both invoicing and receivables, for both internal departments and external vendors
• Partner with finance to ensure that documentations such as SOW's, PO's, LOI's are secured for invoicing and revenue recognition
• Monitor, reconcile, and report on agency financials
• Maintain revenue trackers for forecasting and budgeting purposes
• Build and analyze agency burn and utilization schedules
• Support finance with monthly budget submissions and presentations, monthly revenue, and accruals
• Liaise with the account/project management team to ensure projects are created accurately and closed timely
• Ensure risks are mitigated and properly communicated and escalated across the organization
