MCRA is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our NYC or DC office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage data accurately and effectively. This role is instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and processes, ultimately driving informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance data visibility and automate reporting.
- Create and manage internal databases to support reporting needs.
- Provide management support to Executives.
- Assist the Senior Operations Analyst in optimizing internal processes to enhance business operations efficiency.
- Respond to internal ad-hoc Excel report requests throughout the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (assessments will be administered during the interview process).
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly; well-organized and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with NetSuite CRM.
- Experience with OpenAir.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
- Experience in professional services companies.
