Job Duties:

  • Create and update the Companies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify, Research, and Solve Operational issues and potential concerns with the help of management.
  • Assemble your findings into comprehensive reports equipped with compelling recommendations that will shape the future of our organizations operations.
  • Gather critical information for Management by observing workflows, conducting in-depth employee interviews, and analyzing company reports.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented processes, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance and enhance overall operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with our data teams, managers, and employees to facilitate the seamless implementation of transformative changes, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • One or more years of experience as an Operations Analyst is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, G-Suite, or similar software is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and apply sound judgment.
  • Capable of interfacing with internal and external managers and executives
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally observant, showcasing unwavering attention to detail.

The compensation range for this position is $60,00-$65,000, depending on experience.
