Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to help support our leadership team with project management, reporting, analysis, and more. This role is primarily project based and acts as an internal consultant to aide leadership in evaluation of growth opportunities, new strategies, process improvement and more.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze and report on operational, financial, and industry data to facilitate the executive team's decision making
  • Craft key presentation materials (e.g. memos, decks, etc.) to persuasively communicate recommendations to all levels of management
  • Manage agendas, coordinate presentations, and track priorities for team meetings
  • Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, etc.
  • Ensures all target timelines, action items and deliverables for assigned projects are successfully met and completed
  • Manage relationships and problem solve with outside vendors and partners
  • Provide excellent internal customer service support to internal partners and offices across the country

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills to prioritize workloads of short term and long-range projects
  • Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, including senior executives
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong financial and business acumen
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours if needed
