We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the 2K Global Services group. Your role will be to bring data-centric analytics, modelling, and forecasts to the operations and performance of a world-wide group of development and game experts. You will work closely with the Global Services leadership team, HR, and Finance business partners to audit, reconcile, analyze, model, and forecast for the various Global Services business lines.

• Audit, reconcile, and analyze operations data to determine operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead the automation of operational data collection, warehousing, and analyses
• Apply statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling to analyze current process data
• Lead and/or support process improvement and workflow analyses based on verifiable data and metrics
• Work closely with management team to achieve outcomes based on business goals
• Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
• Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations
• Training employees to use new systems or follow new processes

• BS or MS in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Process Management related fields
• Deep hands-on experience with analytics, BI, and data visualization
• Significant knowledge of statistical and simulation methods
• Experience using statistical and database software
• Mastery of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets (with knowledge of Google Apps Script or VBA)
• Exceptional, clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail
• Ability to develop and maintain good relations and communicate with people at all levels
• Hands-on experience supporting organizational change management
• 3+ years as a business analyst or operations analyst (data analyst also considered)
• Proficiency in operations management topics
• Hands-on experience in process improvement
• Able to understand and analyze financial data e.g. costs/benefits analysis, return on investment, capitalization rules, etc

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 - $115,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
