What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Analyst II for the Optimization Initiatives team, you will be working within a team of transformational resources using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to assist with modernizing and digitizing operational processes in order to deliver positive bottom-line results for Wealth Management Operations and the various businesses that the group supports. Providing production support for robotic processing automations running in a quality assurance or production environment while ensuring RPA is meeting the Enterprise Next Generation Optimization Center of Excellence (CoE) requirements.

What will you do?
- Provide support to the collective RPA team, troubleshoot, root cause, and resolve complex technical issues; as appropriate, work directly with Transformation Analyst or Business partners in a prompt, friendly and thorough manner.
- Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting to identify RPA processing issues with applications and/or preferred vendor solutions.
- Where appropriate, edit and repurpose documentation for development staff and any audit requirements.
- Apply process changes as appropriate; further escalate complex changes/issues to Transformation Analysts where appropriate.
- Manage processing alerts via preferred vendor tools.
- Comprehension and documentation of processing issues and the resolutions.
- Be a subject matter expert for questions regarding the preferred vendor application and key internal applications.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent or High school diploma or equivalent AND 3+ years of securities, banking, technology and/or job specific industry experience
- 2+ years demonstrated project team coordination and/or coaching/mentoring leadership experience
- Series 7 or 99; or ability to obtain in 120 days
Nice-to-have
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge related to business lines, business strategy, needs and technology
- Advanced process knowledge including software analysis and design, application development, risk assessment and quantification
- Demonstrated analytical, mathematical, process design and coding development skills within preferred vendors such as Blue Prism
