Job Description

This position works within and supports the Information Products team (supporting project managers) to ensure the operational success of key products including but not limited to Health Plan Ratings, Specification Licensing, and Digital Content Services. This role will include activities related to project management, customer engagement, data testing, customer support, management of customer facing product documentation, management of internal policy and procedure documentation, billing, and contracting. This role will report to the Information Products Assistant Vice President (AVP) and support the related product owners in their daily product specific work.

The Analyst will work independently and with the team members to understand the products and jointly work on the project plans and related tasks. The Analyst will have excellent time management skills, an eye for process improvements, and have strong attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Health Plan Ratings Project Management Assistance: Assist in the project management activities of the Health Plan Ratings project. Activities include assistance with documentation, website text, customer communications, QA of data/reports/results, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking meeting notes, updating the methodology and measure lists, following up on action items related to the operational success, and general project management activities leading to the execution of the project. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and providing project management assistance in any redesign and future project enhancement work.
  • Specification License Management Assistance: Assist in the management of new and existing client accounts including understanding their needs, licensing options, pricing estimates, contract management, invoicing, renewals and general customer engagement. Utilize Salesforce to track customer requests, questions and opportunities to allow for transparent customer relationship management throughout NCQA. Assist in managing the communication activities that engage IP with its customers to streamline licensing.
  • Digital Content Services: Assist with the management of license agreements, billing, and customer support. Assist with responding to technical product inquiries and triaging. Support project management activities such as documentation, follow-up, scheduling, and organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Health care experience, knowledge/understanding of health plans
  • At least 2 years office experience performing project or product processes and tasks, office management, etc.
  • Some experience or exposure to the product development process or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the necessary skills and abilities required for the position.
