Operations Analyst - Policy Management:

Founder Shield is seeking a rockstar Operations Analyst to help manage the company’s daily operations.

What you’ll be doing:

The Operations Analyst will be a critical member of the Ops team at Founder Shield. This person will work directly with clients on a regular basis, as well as assist the Ops team with various policy servicing-related activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with client onboarding and renewal processes
• Providing exceptional customer service; this includes answering client inquiries and questions in a timely manner
• Updating and improving upon internal information management systems
• Compiling and generating all relevant paperwork to bind client insurance policies
• Confirming delivery and receipt of accurate policies, endorsements, etc.

About you:

• An insurance broker’s license is a plus!
• Interest in insurance and operations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
