We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as an Operations Analyst! An Operations Analyst supports the Nashville CLEAResult Program Operations Manager. Responsible for assisting with Client/Program Financial Analysis (revenue, labor, expenses), Program Budgeting/Forecasting, and Program Incentive Reconciliation. Principal responsibilities include performing the day-to-day processing of financial transactions, program tracking, and data analysis. Other responsibilities include assisting the Program Operations Manager with financial analysis, establishing systems and procedures to ensure compliance with client requirements, implementing program-wide financial management processes and programs, and monitoring expenses.

Successful candidates will live in Nashville.

For this exciting career opportunity, you're a great fit if you can

• Review and submit supplier invoices to accounts payable.
• Verify transactions comply with financial policies.
• Aid in overseeing the program incentive claims process and payments/Aid in overseeing timesheet and expense report submissions and approvals.
• Assist with preparation, verification, and processing of client invoices
• Maintain listing of accounts receivable
• Identify risks or problems with current processes and procedures and recommend changes
• Interact with client for a variety of activities and reports as needed

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

• 3-5+ years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Administration
• Financial analysis experience preferred and/or equivalent experience

Targeted Compensation Range:

$60,000/ year

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
