Your Team

You will be responsible for the support of customer operations and contract management processes for the Global Service team. This includes the day to day management and implementation of service contracts, hardware/asset tracking, rentals, pricing, and invoicing. In addition, serve as a primary contact for customer billings, PO management, and coordinating customer service needs. Act as a key liaison for the timely communication and resolution of all discrepancies related to designated products. This position will also assist with the creation of contract tools for contract compliance, performance governance, and financial visibility for the UCAN region.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute on the service contract strategy, including timely contract preparation, accurate implementation, and adherence to renewals.
  • Liaison between Commercial and Legal team for contract negotiations and redline processes.
  • Measure contractual obligations and build operating mechanism for third-party contracts.
  • Create accurate and timely invoices to customers per the contractual terms.
  • Operationalize new marketing programs and support new product launches.
  • Provide full customer service and responsiveness to manage order fulfillment in the areas of product, inventory and price, as well as provide full resolution to contractual issues and shipping discrepancies.
  • Drive process innovation to develop/identify procedural gaps, improvements, efficiencies, achieve results and enhance customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate compliance with internal procedures, processes, and values.
  • Learn to create and perform ad-hoc analysis/reporting as requested.

What you'll bring

  • Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience
  • Extensive experience with contracts in regard to preparation, strategy, implementation, etc.
  • High level of expertise in Excel required.
  • Strong knowledge of billing/invoicing procedures.
  • Ability to support multiple business partners across the organization.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $36,000 to $90,000. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
