Compensation: Ranges from $70,000- $85,000 (Base) + Annual Bonuses

What You'll Do

• Prepare for quarterly me@slalom role mastery reviews
• Prepare Quarterly and Year End process management
• Coordinator training programs
• Partner with recruiting to track progress to targets
• Support in onboarding new hires
• Intake notes and action follow ups
• Consultant profile standardization + organization
• Weekly office operations call preparation
• Financial Reporting
• Timecard reconciliation
• Managing of meeting logistics + content coordination
• The list of duties and responsibilities will vary in length, but as a rule, should be as short as possible, otherwise the document becomes an operational manual rather than a job description.
