Operations Analyst Specialist/Principal | Hybrid

What you do:Work with project teams, business partners, important partners, vendors and management to identify, translate and define business opportunities. Expert in applying established methodologies or creates new methodologies for gathering and analyzing data, conducting business improvement analysis, and developing design solutions. Lead enterprise-wide team in execution of medium to large projects. Identify, recommend and advocate for improvements. Must have knowledge or basic understanding of the various business lines(Fixed Annuity/Variable Annuity).May assist more senior analysts with complex initiatives.• Provides thought leadership, applies best practices and influence on design, development, analysis, problem solving and reporting to several partners across Allianz• Leads important projects to support Operations priorities• Lead, influence or advocate for change projects representing complex, cross-organizational or new processes• Accountable for the implementation new processes or changes that improve current processes

What you bring:• 6+ years of experience required: In multiple areas of financial service operations• Four-year degree required: Business or equivalent experience
