Job Description
We are hiring a Operations Analytics Manager to join our Operations Analytics Team in our corporate office in Denver, CO who will:
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve challenging analytical problems, supporting various teams within the organization including Operations, Revenue Management, FP&A, and Accounting.
• Collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze complex data scenarios, offering direction and support on data-driven decision-making
• Assist in ongoing operations analytics forecasting, database development, and long-term strategic planning.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, communicating insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data or Financial Analytics with a track record of success. Experience in Real Estate not required.
- Requires strong technical acumen with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI. Experience in various coding languages, VBA, or other platforms are a positive, but not required.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected pay range of $100,000 - $115,000 plus 15% annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
