Operations & Analytics Project Manager
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Operations & Analytics department, the Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the COO in a variety of capacities including supporting strategic initiatives, project management, implementation of new systems and workflows, and collaborating with other teams and functions including wealth and asset management. This position requires the ideal candidate to be driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Support the COO in the day-to-day oversight of the O&A department as it pertains to team and individual responsibilities
- Organize and maintain Key Performance Indicators to measure and ensure success across key business areas
- Work closely with team managers to evaluate and implement efficient workflows and processes through the development of cost / benefit analysis, executable project plans, and project management
- Track COO-directed projects and requests assigned to O&A members through to completion
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs and effectively communicate project goals & priorities
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at maximizing productivity and employee satisfaction
- Coordinate O&A department scheduling for internal team meetings and intra-departmental meetings
- Organize, oversee, and at times lead special project teams
Qualifications & Skills
- 5-7 years’ experience working at an investment or private wealth management firm
- Experience in project management and working cross-functionally with operational teams preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data or systems-oriented tasks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proactive problem solver, solutions-oriented, and demonstrated autonomy when executing on assignments
- Intellectually curious and interested in learning about the asset management industry

This is a role at our office location in Boston, MA. We operate under a hybrid model—3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Effective August 8, 2021, all new employees must be fully vaccinated - proof of vaccination is required.
