Operations and Facilities Manager

This role requires someone who makes things happen, you will relish the opportunity to take ownership of the Operations & Facilities of IMC. The Operations & Facilities Manager will provide oversight for office management, facilities, administration and kitchen management for the team in Mumbai and ensure the smooth running of our operations at all times.
Your Core Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, analyze financial and performance data, and deliver operational reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Negotiate and administer service contracts.
• Review and improve operational procedures for efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and facility cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, seating arrangements, and desk moves.
• Maintain communications infrastructure and assist with vendor/contractor management.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and system performance monitoring.
• Oversee building projects, equipment audits, and parts inventory.
• Support ad-hoc administrative and project tasks as needed.
• Oversee management and record keeping for CCTV Access Cards Visitor Management Systems

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5 + years' experience in a similar role.
• Someone who will hit the ground running knows where to identify gaps and implement plans to improve existing operations.
• Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, Decision-making, Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
• The ability to manage projects, work autonomously, and in a team environment

• Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
• AV/IT support experience a plus - not a requirement.
