Operations and Logistics Manager

RSVLTS is hiring an Operations and Supply Chain Manager who will report to the Director of Operations. Are you as cool, calm, and collected as Bob Ross? A master-mind planner like Kevin McCallister? As passionate about logistics as Leslie Knope? If so, keep reading.

We are looking for a logistics and supply chain manager to help our fast growing apparel brand streamline operations and get our amazing product into the hands of our rabid fanbase even faster. This detail oriented individual will play a key role in taking our operations department to the next level.

So, what would your day look like?

• Assist in day to day production activities related to Manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving
• Coordinate fulfillment operation with 3PL vendors
• Create production orders
• Create products in Shopify for all SKUs
• Providing regular reports to internal teams
• Issue PO’s/ track production and shipping for wholesale/events and Breakfast Balls
• Maintain test reports for factories
• Send contractual samples to licensors as per requirements
• Keep MOQ/production leadtime/price file sheet up to date 
• Notify the warehouse upcoming inbound shipments upon receipt of ship docs from freight forwarder

What you bring to the table

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain logistics, e-commerce and/or operations required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Experience in importing, duties & tariffs, shipping carriers, apparel or garment industry preferred
• An understanding of platforms and services such as Shiphero is a plus
• Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Shopify and other product/inventory management software
