General Responsibilities

• Successfully monitor daily activity

• Process IDA requests for transfers in kind and new account requests

• Monitor LOA processing and process as a back up to our team in India

• Research and troubleshoot issues and discrepancies with requests

• Monitor and respond to e-mails in the IDA Team mailbox

• Monitor and update SDBA tracking log in CC360

• Work accurately within tight daily and weekly deadlines
