About the Job

An exciting opportunity to join our Operations team on a permanent basis. You will assist with both inbound and outbound stock deliveries, pick and pack items from our vast product line to complete customers orders accurately and within agreed SLA’s

What you can expect to be getting up to as an Operations Associate;

• Accurately pick stock and scan serial numbers, ensuring the serial number is accurate to the product
• Pick orders according to priority
• Report any defects of the product noticed while packing
• Ensure quality when packing, stacking, labelling, wrapping, and packing the slip attachment
• 100% customer experience at forefront of mind
• Propose ideas to improve existing processes
• Adhere to and enforce Operations Security protocol

• Effective Communicator: You are able to communicate information in a confident and convincing manner, both written and verbally
• Time Management: You are reliable - both personally and with team objectives/targets
• Team Collaborator: You can work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer.
• Results Driven: You are focussed on achieving results and have interest in driving customer to their outcomes.
• PC Literate – You can confidently use Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
