About the Opportunity: The Operations Associate role will assist with the timely processing of inbound documentation to ensure the seamless flow of inventory into our 3PL. The Operations Associate will process purchase orders, coordinate vendor delivery schedules, upload invoices internally, create supplier claims, coordinate and schedule outbound wholesale shipments and assist with all warehouse processes and general admin duties related to inbound, outbound and returns functions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of incoming purchase orders/shipments.
• Track and update 3PL on delivery schedules.
• Support the 3PL team with any inbound-related shipment issues.
• Process and report overages/underages, claims and damages through ERP.
• Upload ship notices to the 3PL WMS
• Upload vendor invoices to Finance in a timely manner
• Assist with despatch of wholesale shipments 

Skills and Experience:

•  1 years’ experience in processing Purchase orders and Invoices in a Logistics and Warehousing environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with vendors
• Experience with ERP/WMS

$22.00 per hour
