Job Summary
This position is for a Senior Operations Associate on the Special Processing/Policy Change team within Individual Operations.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conducting research to resolve complex requests regarding issues involving life and annuity contracts, driving excellent customer service experiences by living out our Empowerment with Accountability (EWA) beliefs, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) to support new and existing products across multiple platforms, developing and maintaining procedures to develop cross-functional skills amongst the team, managing and prioritizing day-to-day operations to ensure that service standards are maintained, collaborating with peers and other business areas to leverage best practices (One America Way) and create efficiencies.
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
- Highschool diploma
Recommended Education and/or Certifications
- A college degree preferred, but not required.
Required Work Experience
- 3+ years' experience in ILFS preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with PC, strong problem-solving skills, as well as verbal/written communication.
- Ability to multi-task and cultivate strong working relationships with internal/external partners.
- Ability to identify issues and propose/execute solutions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail to prioritize multiples priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 04A
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
