Job Description
Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.
The CDH Data Integration Specialist is responsible for the receipt, tracking, and processing of ongoing production files, as well as open enrollment files. This includes logging receipt of files, maintaining accurate reporting on status of files, processing and importing file data, and researching discrepancies. This role also entails communication with internal and external parties, and resolution of escalated issues.

Job Description

This role also entails communication with internal and external parties, and resolution of escalated issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Logging of received files and FTP notifications
- Tracking on completion of all assigned files
- Importing data into appropriate systems and resolving data discrepancies
- Training and development of new team members
- Documentation of feed applications and process
- Processing of in-house exception reports
- Working with external file contacts to resolve data discrepancies
- Responding to inquiries related to ongoing files from internal parties, clients, carriers and vendors
- Testing new client files to ensure proper specifications are met prior to production
- Mapping of client files in internal applications
- Ongoing monitoring of production files to proactively identify issues
- Weekly review of reporting and following up on Not Received, Not Complete, and Daily Logged files
- Database Maintenance and Accuracy: File Tracking Schedules, File Contacts, Processing Instructions
- Client/Vendor File Calls if applicable
- QC of completed files
- File Auditing as required or requested by your Manager
- Research and resolution of escalated issues
- Adherence to turn around times and quality standards
- Other tasks as requested by your Manager
Skills and Specifications
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excel formatting, file conversion, formulas including vlookup, concat, "If" functions, a plus but not a requirement.
- Positive Attitude
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Efficient processing: speed balanced with accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
