Who You Are:
As the Operations Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing standard operating procedures and assisting with overall regulatory compliance within Fooda. The Compliance Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for our company’s software and policies and ensures we are operating efficiently.
This role supports our cross-departmental resources to support the department’s initiatives. It has high impact across our business and provide the opportunity to work directly with leadership. It is a crucial steppingstone to grow your skills and pave your career growth in a corporate environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Overseeing our compliance team’s work and ensuring quality service.
- Assisting with identifying and assessing areas of risk and non-compliance.
- Supporting contract/document review regarding our client and restaurant networks.
- Performing audits and recommend correction plans as needed.
- Developing, implementing, analyzing, and updating procedures and policies for the department in accordance with regulations.
- Managing document retention policies for department to ensure compliance with internal retention guidelines.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and encouraging team members to stay informed.
- Partnering with other departments to improve compliance efficiency and provide support and resources as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ year in administrative or compliance support experience
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionall
- Strong analytical & computer skills. Must be able to navigate via multiple software/websites simultaneouslyÂ
- Ability to work effectively and multi-task in a high paced environmentÂ
- Attention to detail and the ability to think critically and solve problem
- Strong oral/written communication skills, specifically electronically (email, messaging, conference calls
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with compliance and document review
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects: work prioritization, planning, task delegation and hitting deadlines
- Basic Excel/data analysis skills
