Operations Coordinator

We are now looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our RELEX family in Atlanta. You’ll join the operations team of 100+ people, who will help you succeed in your new role. Together the team ensures that our customers are the happiest in the industry while successful using the RELEX solution. You will help the team achieve this goal by facilitating our transition from sales to implementation, ensuring our internal systems stay up to date, and by supporting our internal team with training/admin tasks.  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Maintain and monitor pre-project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Work/collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth transition between sales and operations
• Support the coordination and facilitation of internal training
• Coordinate with Team Leads to ensure appropriate project resourcing
• Support VP and SVP Operations as needed

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills 
• Must be local to the metro Atlanta area, but will have the opportunity to work remotely.
