Main purpose of the Operations Coordinator:
The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the operations team by organizing plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities on projects. Your responsibilities will include monitoring warehouse processes, maintaining clear communication with team members, and ensuring service levels for our REVOLVE customers.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Direct liaison between the REVOLVE Operations, Customer Service, and 3rd party vendors like Happy Returns.
- Work closely with management to coordinate tasks to meet project goals
- Maintain and organize project documentation, plans, and reports
- Work together with Customer Service team to promote customer satisfaction
- Research and organize information in order to inform team members and management to ensure project objectives are met
- Follow up on all written correspondence and escalate to management as necessary
- Manage quality control and audit of return inventory and procedures
- Keep current with all policy and procedures;
- Monitor cases of irregularities and deviation from standard operating procedures
- Provide feedback and help to create new systems and procedures for processing returns
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Expert knowledge of REVOLVE's customer service standards, return policy, and guidelines
- Ability to work independently and often without direct supervision; will often remotely report to manager
- Ability to navigate proficiently through multiple systems
- Excellent time management and ability to evaluate priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors with professional demeanor
- Knowledge of apparel e-commerce and various fashion categories
- Creative aptitude to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of e-commerce customers
- Detailed and organized record keeping
- Ability to work weekends and evenings, as needed
- Open to a minimal amount of travel; approximately 1 week per year
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience with e-commerce operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):
- Type 30+ words per minute
- Working knowledge of website navigation, customer service platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $20 to $23 per hour.
