Job Title: DevOps Coordinator

 

Job Summary:


As a DevOps Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for optimization, streamline processes, and implement best practices. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Assess existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

  • Documentation and Standardization: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across departments. Ensure that all teams have access to up-to-date documentation.

  • Order Platform Management:
    • SKU management
    • Routine notification alerts to sales.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and/or participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, tracking progress, and ensuring successful implementation of changes.
    • Collaborate with Data Analyst to build reports from multiple data sources (Encompass, Turvo, VIP, GP Analytics, Mulesoft)
    • Build presentations for the Sales team and Upper Management

  • Communication:
    • Manage inquiries and concerns from other internal departments and outside clients.
    • Run pertinent data reports on scheduled basis
    • Act as a liaison to ensure information flows smoothly.
    • Visit clients and facilities as necessary.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain quality standards.

  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by addressing employee concerns, managing resistance, and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes.

Required Skills/Abilities


  • Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools. (VIP, Karma, GP Analytics, Turvo & Encompass)
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations development.
  • Change management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a remote, self-starter environment

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
