As our Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. The position plays a key role in supporting administrative and operational functions within the organization, as it relates to contracts administration, data maintenance, and systems applications.
What you'll do...

• Data entry, audit, and maintenance of operational applications - including but not limited to Salesforce, Workfront and Google Suite
• Assist with creating systems and operational company documentation, including publishing company-facing release notes for the Salesforce system
• Support internal teams by building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
• Create fields, build layouts, custom objects, record types, and lightning record pages to improve internal user experience
• Merge duplicate records, process record name changes, and investigate errors
• Mass import and update records using Data Loader and Import Wizard
• Utilize Excel to match data sets for mass record imports and updates
• Assist in project & product record setup within Salesforce for finance and implementation teams to process
• Assist with special and administrative tasks and projects related to operations

Requirements
What you offer us...

• 1-3 years of experience in supporting administrative functions; preferably in the areas of operations and data entry
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Salesforce
• Workfront, Google Drive experience a plus
• Skilled in Excel and data analysis
• A high degree of comfort and demonstrated proficiency with technology
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written skills
• High learning agility and ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Ability to easily adjust to change
• Team player with a high degree of professionalism
• Proactive and solutions-oriented
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment

What we offer you...

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $50,000 - $60,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
