Operations Coordinator - 3 Month Contract-to-Hire

In addition, we’re hard at work creating casino and sports betting games for distribution to casino and sportsbook operators in the legal U.S. and international iGaming markets. 

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator that is passionate about the intersection of sports and tech, excited by the challenge of building a business in a new industry, and comfortable in a data-minded role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Day-to-day handling of creating and managing contests 
• Live Customer Support for contest entrants via email and live chat feature
• Support Marketing by putting ads together and scheduling marketing emails
• Organize and distribute regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders
• Assist product managers and internal team with document preparation
• Pull statistics and research new opportunities 
• Help with Design features using Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator
• Work a non-standard scheduling including nights and weekends

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years experience in a strategic or operations role (sports, tech, start-up a plus) 
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for sports, sports gaming, and technology is a must 
• Design experience is a plus (Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator) 
• Outstanding verbal and written communicator 
• Ability to think and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency with G Suite (e.g. Slides, Sheets, Docs) and MS Office 
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Our target compensation for this position is between $39,000 and $42,000, depending on experience.
