About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you as the Operations Coordinator will assist with the management of daily logistics and activities. In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by supporting the Director of Operations, assisting our teams on projects, supporting Human Resources, and organizing company events. The Operations Coordinator will help our organization run smoothly and ensure that deadlines, plans for events, or anything related gets accomplished on time with no issues. Ultimately, this position will work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong interest in Operations and business. Note this role is onsite 5 days a week at our West Hollywood, CA studio.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform operational administrative functions, including digital file and folder organization, scheduling meetings and calls, and preparing meeting agendas
- Work with the Director of Operations and across departments to organize, systematize and track internal documents and standard operating procedures
- Ongoing organization and management of SaaS products (i.e. 1Password, Slack, Adobe, Monday.com)
- Assist with Project Management and Administrative projects
- Assist with cross-department operational needs as requested
- Assist with office management

Qualifications
- 3+ years of office operations or administrative experience required
- Must be incredibly agile, motivated, and highly collaborative
- Must be process and system-oriented
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Must be intimately familiar with Monday.com, Asana, or a similar platformÂ
- Experience within a talent agency, talent management firm, law firm, production company, or PR agency is highly desired, but not required
- Advanced understanding of Google Suite of products
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods in a stationary position at a desk, working on a computer, being on the cell phone, managing paper documents in an office environment;
- Ability to work longer hours as needed or at the request of leadership. May be requested to attend late evening meetings and/or events;
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds when needed for movement of boxes, and items, shifting furniture, opening/closing sliding doors/office doors, collecting and depositing items at the storage units, etc.;
- The position requires continual mental concentration and specific attention to detail;
- Position requires regular movement inside the office on multiple floors, on set, occasional driving to alternate locations, reaching, bending, stooping, handling and operating objects, and effective communication/exchange of information

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 per year commensurate with experience.
