Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as an Operations Coordinator! The Operations Coordinator will work with the staff of CLEAResult Nashville residential programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including responding to inquiries from customers and trade allies, scheduling evaluations and inspections with customers, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, you will assist with tracking accounts and projects across multiple systems, reporting on them, and determining deficient information.

Successful candidates will live in Nashville.

• Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff.
• Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence. Payment processing.
• Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
• Exporting predesigned reports
• Staff meetings and other program support
• Special projects

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

• 2-4 years experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience
• Enthusiasm to learn complex systems
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Range:

$20.39 / hr
