We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in a vital role. You will be essential in supporting our People and Talent team, managing various tasks crucial for daily operations.ย Your responsibilities will include assisting with core functions such as human resources, recruiting, and administrative tasks to help keep the company running smoothly. This is a hybrid position, and we are looking for candidates who are willing to work from our Tysonโs corner office 1-2 times a week, as needed to maintain office operations.
In this position, you can expect to:
- Assist with managing daily operational activities
- Provide administrative support to Director of People Operations such as managing calendars and preparing documents
- Ensure clear and consistent communication within the People and Talent team and with internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on company updates
- Support recruitment process by posting job listings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating onboarding
- Coordinate employee recognition, culture and special events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance brand awareness
- Maintain accurate documentation of technology systems and procedures
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping in relevant databases and platforms
As with any role, the exact role responsibilities will fluctuate and evolve. We are looking for versatile team members who thrive on new challenges and can readily adapt to additional responsibilities beyond those listed above.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement
- Creative problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time without letting things slip
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Graphics design experience a major plus.
- Prior hands-on experience with HR and recruiting tools, systems and platforms is a plus
- Effective communication skills for serving as a liaison and facilitating coordination and integration activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
