What we’re looking for:We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to directly support our sales offices located across the country. To be successful in this role, you will need a positive can-do attitude and should be an especially well-organized, thorough multi-tasker. The right candidate must possess strong verbal and communication skills, be a self-starter, take initiative and be a standout colleague!
*This role is based in Denver, CO, and will report to the Senior Associate of Sales Operations.
*Must be a Denver, CO ResidentÂ
*Additionally, this role is required to be in the office Monday-Thursday.
What you'll do:- Process completed sales enrollments and update the sales management system
- Analyze reporting to update internal database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been provided
- Resolve discrepancies in information and acquire further information for incomplete documents.
- Handle multiple projects in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide timely, accurate follow up and communication
- Contribute to team effort as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Must be a positive and proactive team player
- Experience running operational processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and prioritize in a
- deadline driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support or Operations/HR role
- Flexible PTO - no accrued hours and no limit on the number of vacation days employees can take each year
