Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Mirachem, LLC, a Crystal Clean Company continues to be a nationwide leader in the environmental services industry. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our rapidly growing company.
Purpose:
The Operations Coordinator is the primary support person for the Operations department responsible for the documentation, analysis and coordination of operations within Mirachem. This position provides overall support of the quality management system, compiles data for analysis, trending and forecasting, is cross trained for customer service functions, and supports accounting activities. Ideal candidates are those who love to work independently but also thrive within a team environment.
Specific Duties:
Data Analysis
- Data compilation from various sources
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Database design, creation, maintenance, use
- Quality management, KPI monitoring and analysis
Bookkeeping
- Budget analysis, data verification, and auditing
- Order review and processing
- Purchase order / invoice reconciliation and entry
Document Preparation
- Advanced proficiency with word processing & presentations designed for external audiences
- Design and layout for sales & marketing materials
Quality System
- Data collection and analysis
- Documentation of events and response
- Review for recurrence
Administrative & Team Support
- Notes and summaries for meetings and events
- Project management, task organization, follow up on assignments from meetings
- Scheduling and event coordination
Customer Support
- Sales analysis and account support
- Cross-trained as for Customer Service processes
- Backup for overflow and absence
Required Skills
- Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work
- Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals
- Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and follow up skills
- HTML, database operation and graphics design experience, a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience preferred
- All applicants must pass the company paid substance abuse screening
