Rockstar Games is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our growing Publishing team. The successful candidate will be a proactive project coordinator with a passion for branding and product development. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s headquarters in the heart of downtown Manhattan.
WHAT WE DO- The Rockstar Games Operations team is responsible for the development, production, and distribution of Rockstar’s physical products, including but not limited to promotional goods, apparel, retail merchandise, marketing materials, and more.
- We drive the merchandise development process from ideation and sampling through production, packaging, compliance, and distribution.
- We develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers as well as work with teams across Rockstar Games to deliver the brand’s physical products for sale and for use in promoting the full line-up of games.
- Assist the Operations Manager to plan and drive workflows for both internal teams and external vendors to ensure asset deadlines are met.
- Regularly communicate timelines and updates to project stakeholders.
- Organize and track high volume of product samples and digital assets for thorough record-keeping.
- Monitor merchandise inventory and liaise with international offices to coordinate transportation and delivery of goods.
- Assist with order gathering, distribution logistics, and compliance testing.
- Handle inventory management and shipping logistics utilizing tools such as Excel and Monday.com effectively.
- Manage and delegate requests for promotional merchandise from internal teams and studios worldwide.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company branding guidelines.
- Assist with day-to-day Operations tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
- Experience with Operations, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Merchandising, and/or Product Development.
- Demonstrated success carrying projects through to successful execution.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communicator.
- Keen eye for design.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to prioritize and tackle a high volume of requests and projects under varying, tight deadlines.
- Rigorous record-keeper.
- Comfortable with Monday.com or similar project management software.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PDF.
- Knowledge of and/or passion for the Rockstar Games brand.
- Knowledge of Finance and working with Accounts Payable.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
