Come Join Us!Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator provides production and Operations support as directed by the Operations Manager. These tasks include working with the local Operations and Engineering staff to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet the customer expectations. Position requires familiarity with a variety of lab equipment and materials commonly purchased to support customer programs. Maintains a high level of confidentially due to sensitive business proprietary information.
- Provide Production and Operation Support
- Completes assigned routine tasks that follow standard procedures requiring limited judgement
- Multiple tasks with low complexity with detailed instructions
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 1+ year of related experience.
Skills

- Efficient at supporting the site as necessary. Effective at communications via email and virtual meeting applications
- Strong communication skills in all mediums with the ability to collaborate and promote teamwork to meet objectives
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a challenging office and lab environment
- Proven ability to successfully interface with all levels of executive and senior level management both within and outside the company
- Capable of maintaining absolute confidentiality of issues and information
Working Conditions
- Job operates in a professional office environment
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and copy / fax machines
- Working in a cubicle and office areas - must be able to perform in environments where employees are on the phone or speaking causing potential distractions throughout the day
- Some work in laboratory environment
Physical Requirements
- Walk. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Talking. Articulate in expressing or exchanging ideas. Must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other employees accurately, loudly, or quickly
- Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
- Use hands/fingers to type/handle. Operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, keyboards, copy machines, and printers
- Sedentary Work. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required occasionally
- Kneeling . Bending legs at knee t o come to a rest on knee or knees
- Crouching . Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spi
