Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our local operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.

This role calls for a combination of analytics and the ability to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment, but also be involved in complex initiatives that require eagle-eye

What you'll do:

1. Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in Chile.
2. Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution.
3. Problem-Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues.
4. Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently.
5. Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them.
6. Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll need:

1. Proeficiency in SQL and analytics skills.
2. At least one year of professional experience in industries such as Consultancy, Finance and/or retail.
3. Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
4. Communication: Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
5. Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities.
6. Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment.
7. Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them.
