Operations Coordinator (Internship)

The Role

We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Operations Intern to assist with internal company operations and processes. The Operations Intern will have the opportunity to explore a career path in Operations and digital marketing, as well as, earn experience and skills development in this industry. This position is multi-faceted and will require someone who can handle varying projects and responsibilities. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Primary Responsibilities  

People Operations

• Screen resumes of candidates for open positions 
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers 
• Onboarding and offboarding personnel
• Assist with Culture Initiatives 
  

Business Operations

•  Maintain data systems including (but not limited to) - Salesforce, Harvest, Hubspot, Asana, and Google Sheets
•  Book travel and logistics for team members and clients 
• Ad hoc Client Operations and Business Operations tasks/projects

Required

• Desire to pursue a career in Operations or digital marketing
• Ability to thrive in a remote business environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience with data systems is a plus - Salesforce, Quickbooks, Harvest, Asana, and/or Hubspot

Your Team

You’ll be primarily working with the Operations team, but there is the possibility of collaborating on projects with members of our other departments.
